This is one awesome original recipe restaurant. The BBQ ribs, rib tips, pulled pork and chicken are all cooked fresh and with original recipes. The dry rub spices, marinades as well as the two different style BBQ sauces are all exclusive to this restaurant. They even make homemade coleslaw & baked beans. This business was started in May of 2000. Sales have been very steady, even with the corporate giants moving in (Portillo’s, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Burger King). A lot of the success has to do with the high food Quality. All the barbecued meats on the menu are dry rubbed and barbecued over hickory wood for up to 16 hours.
